The cost is $50 for Members or $65 for Non-Members. The Class covers all test material, with a test at the end.

Tests are taken on-line, so you need to bring an electronic device that can access Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. (Smartphones work). Limited amount of laptops available if needed.

All classes will be held at 903 West Northern Lights Blvd #222. Please be on time as the building is secured, and we must enter together.

You may take this online renewal test to renew your current (or expired within the last 30 days) Alaska Responsible Serving card.  

If you have never completed the initial live webinar class and don’t currently have a certification card, you are NOT eligible to register for this online renewal exam and you will need to take the Alaska Responsible Serving live classroom webinar.

Process for Renewing your Responsible Serving Card:

In order to complete this course, you must provide a picture of both:

   1.  Your government-issued legal identification (picture ID)

   2.  Your current certificate

  • After you sign up, you will be sent login instructions. 
  • After logging in, you will be prompted to submit a photo of your picture ID and current certificate, (both required).
  • There is an interaction period with the instructor
  • Rserving support has to manually approve your current certification and your picture ID.
  • After manual approval, students can open the test one time.
  • If a student passes, they will instantly have their certificate, and a wallet card is automatically added to the queue for mailing.
  • If a student does not pass the test, student will be required to pay again, and retake the initial live classroom webinar session

Stop trouble before it starts on and near your establishment. The way your service is managed can make a difference at the end of the day. Manage your patrons and accept no tolerance when it comes to unacceptable behavior.

Keep the community happy. Due to crime, noise, traffic, or violence, law enforcement officials might protest the approval of your liquor license. The local community may also object. The number of protesters will help determine whether your liquor license should be approved. Be part and get involved in your designated community council.
